REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Dentomedi, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached

1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products that are perishable or have an expiration date
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

1.3 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@dentomedi.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the RMA number and a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

2.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts
  • Items returned outside of the 30-day return window

2.3 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure that you receive a replacement or a full refund.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item once received.
